General Terms

• All drawings will include a small watermark of my artist name.
• Visual and Descriptive references are highly encouraged!
• After sending a message, please allow 24 hours for me to get back to you due to possible differences in time zones.
• I have the right to reject any order that I find uncomfortable to work with for any given reason.

Payment

• I do not accept payment in cryptocurrencies.
• First Pay, First Serve basis
• Currency is USD for PayPal and PHP for GCash.
• Commissions will be paid 100% upfront. You can opt for a 50-50 plan if amount exceeds $100.
• For PayPal, I will be sending an invoice once we have agreed on my terms, prices and commission details.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• While I'm working on your commission, I will update you with the entire process starting from sketching, lining, coloring and the final details. This enables you to give your input on the work in progress (Refer to Revisions about revision rules).
• You will see the work-in-progress snapshots. These will include my watermark and will appear smaller than the finished piece.
• My usual turnaround time varies from a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on factors such as health and the complexity of the commissioned piece.
• With 50-50 payment plans, I will only deliver the finished piece once it is fully paid.
• Suppose anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know immediately.
• Once I finish the piece, you will receive the full-resolution image through Google Mail or Google Drive. There will be no physical product.

revisions

• In the sketch phase, you are given unlimited changes and revisions such as pose alterations, facial expressions, and other details. Once you approve the sketch, I will move on to lining and coloring.
• In the lining and coloring phase, you are only allowed a maximum of 5 minor revisions and additions. Anything more will require a fee depending on the complexity of the revision.
• On the occasion that you want something changed after the commission is completed, there will also be extra charges.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
• If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you requested a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you would lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, I will blacklist you for commissioning me again.

Copyright/usage policy

I, Krisosceles (the artist), claim the produced drawing's rights, not the buyer. I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (You can request to purchase the drawing for non-personal use at any time). Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Use it to promote my work anywhere such as commission sheets and portfolios; and
• Feature it wherever I want (websites, social media, and the like.)The buyer is allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, and the like.)
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the drawing itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves. You must give me credit when you post it.
• Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way; STRICTLY NOT FOR NFTS OT ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED ACTIVITY
• Claiming the artwork as your own;
• Removing my signature from the artwork; and
• Altering the artwork without my consent

Customer satisfaction

• I will do everything I can to make my customers satisfied with the finished commission!
• In a situation where you have any problem with the commission piece, do not hesitate to approach me so we can reach an agreement and find a solution.
